Täysjyväsämpylät tai -leipä
250 g täysjyvävehnäjauhoja
250 g vehnäjauhoja
1 rkl sokeria
1 rkl margariinia
½ rkl suolaa
1 ½ pussia kuivahiivaa
3 dl lämmintä vettä
Mittaa kaikki ainekset kulhoon.
Sekoita alhaisella nopeudella noin
30 sekuntia, vaivaa sitten taikinaksi noin
7 minuutin ajan nopeudella 4.
Huom: Taikinasta tulee 12 sämpylää tai
yksi vuokaleipä.
Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.
Kakkutaikina
Perusohje
250 g jauhoja
125 g sokeria
125 g margariinia
2 kananmunaa
2 tl vaniljasokeria
2 tl leivinjauhetta
75 g maitoa
Vaivaa vispilällä kaikkia aineksia noin
½ minuuttia nopeudella 1, sitten noin
3-4 minuuttia nopeudella 4.
Sekoita lopuksi taikinaan muut
reseptissä mainitut ainesosat,
esim. rusinat, sukaatti tai hillottu
appelsiininkuori.
Jos valmistat tiikerikakun, jaa taikina
kahteen osaan ja sekoita toiseen osaan
vähän kaakaojauhetta.

Taikinakoukulla voi valmistaa erilaisia
taikinoita, esim. hiivataikinan,
pizzataikinan, struudelitaikinan,
leipätaikinan tai murotaikinan.
Hiivataikina
500 g jauhoja
25 g hiivaa tai vastaava määrä
kuivahiivaa
1 kananmuna
210–220 g lämmintä maitoa

80 g sokeria
1 ripaus suolaa
puolikkaan sitruunan kuori tai
sitruuna-aromia
Mittaa kaikki ainekset kulhoon.
Sekoita alhaisella nopeudella noin
30 sekuntia, vaivaa sitten taikinaksi noin
7 minuutin ajan nopeudella 4.
