250 g fullkornshvetemel
250 g hvetemel
1 ss sukker
1 ss margarin
½ ss salt
1 1/2 pk tørrgjær
300 ml varmt vann
Alle ingrediensene has i bollen.
Blandes på lavt trinn i ca. 30 sekunder,
deretter eltes de på trinn 4 i ca.
7 minutter.
Merk: Av denne mengden deig kan du
forme 12 rundstykker eller et formbrød.
Endringer forbeholdes.

Basisoppskrift
250 g mel
125 g sukker
125 g margarin
2 egg
1 pk vaniljesukker
1 pk bakepulver
75 g melk
Bearbeid alle ingrediensene i ca.
½ minutt på trinn 1, deretter i ca.
3-4 minutter på trinn 4 med rørepinnen.
Ytterligere ingredienser, f.eks. rosiner,
cedrat eller apsikat, blandes i til slutt,
avhengig av oppskrift.
For marmorkake blandes halvdelen av
deigen med litt kakao.
Eltekrok
Med eltekroken kan man lage utlike
deier, f.eks. gjærdeig, pizzadeig,
strudeldeig, brøddeig eller mørdeig.
Gjærdeig
500 g mel
1 pk tørrgjær eller 25 g fersk gjær
1 egg
210-220 g varm melk

80 g sukker
1 klype salt
Skall av en halv sitron eller sitronaroma
Ha alle ingrediensene i bollen.
Bland dem i ca. 30 sekunder på lavt trinn.
Kna deretter i ca. 7 minutter på trinn 4.
