250 g di fragole congelate
100 g di zucchero a velo
180 ml panna (1 bicchiere scarso)
Introdurre tutti gli ingredienti nel contenitore di
miscelazione. Inserire immediatamente, altrimenti si
formano grumi. Agitare finché si forma un gelato cremoso.

da 2 a 6 chiare d’uovo
Mescolare a bassa velocità.
alta Panna montata
da 200 g a 400 g
Battere ad alta velocità.

1 uovo
1 cucchiaino di senape
da 150 a 200 ml olio
1 cucchiao succo di limone o aceto
1 pizzico sale
1 pizzico di zucchero
Tutti gli ingredienti dovrebbero avere la stessa temperatura.
Miscelare tutti gli ingredienti (eccetto l’olio) per alcuni
secondi a livello 1.
Accendere l’apparecchio alla velocità 2, introdurre olio
lentamente attraverso l’apertura di aggiunta ingredienti e
miscelare fino ad emulsionare la massa.
Consumare la maionese subito. Non conservarla.

Eliminare completamente tutti i gusci, che possono
danneggiare la lama mixer.
Lavorare fino al grado di triturazione desiderato.

Introdurre insieme nel frullatore ingredienti e condimenti e
lavorarli a purea.

Da 80 g a 100 g cioccolata raffreddata
ca. 400 ml latte molto caldo
Sminuzzare la cioccolata nel frullatore, aggiungere il latte
molto caldo e mescolare brevemente.
