250 g gefrorene Erdbeeren
100 g Puderzucker
180 ml Sahne (knapp 1 Becher)
Alle Zutaten in die Schüssel geben. Sofort einschalten, da sich
sonst Klumpen bilden. So lange rühren, bis sich cremiges Eis
bildet.

2 bis 6 Eiweiß
Mit niedriger Drehzahl schlagen.

200 g bis 400 g
Mit hoher Drehzahl schlagen.

Mayonnaise
1 Ei
1 TL Senf
150 bis 200 ml Öl
1 EL Zitronensaft oder Essig
1 Prise Salz
1 Prise Zucker
Zutaten sollten gleiche Temperatur haben.
Alle Zutaten (außer Öl) einige Sekunden auf Stufe 1 mischen.
Gerät auf Stufe 2 schalten, ÖI langsam durch die Nachfüll-
öffnung gießen und so lange mischen, bis die Masse
emulgiert.
Mayonnaise bald verbrauchen, nicht aufbewahren.
hoch/M Nüsse, Mandeln
50 g bis 200 g
Schalen restlos entfernen, Mixermesser wird sonst stumpf.
Bis zum gewünschten Zerkleinerungsgrad verarbeiten.
hoch/M Obst oder Gemüse pürieren
Apfelmus, Spinat, Karotten, Tomaten; roh oder gekocht
Zutaten und Gewürze zusammen in den Mixer geben und zu
Püree verarbeiten.
hoch Schokoladen-Milch
80 g bis 100 g gekühlte Schokolade
ca. 400 ml heiße Milch
Schokolade im Mixer zerkleinern, heiße Milch dazugeben und
kurz unterrühren.
