Kulit parut daripada setengah biji lemon
Masukkan semua bahan (kecuali susu) ke dalam mangkuk.
Setkan suis putar kepada kelajuan rendah selama 10 saat.
Tambah susu dan kacau pada kelajuan rendah selama
kira-kira 1½ minit.
Bahan-bahan sepatutnya sama suhunya. Apabila doh
kelihatan licin, tempatkannya di lokasi yang panas.
M Bawang besar, bawang putih
daripada 1 bawang besar, dibelah empat, sehingga 300 g
daripada 1 ulas bawang putih sehingga 300 g
Sehingga ia diproses menjadi nisbah pengecilan yang
diingini.
tinggi Keju Keras (sebagai contoh: Keju Parmesan)
10 g hingga 200 g
Potong keju menjadi kiub.
Sehingga ia diproses menjadi nisbah pengecilan yang
diingini.
tinggi Coklat
50 g hingga 200 g
Potong atau patahkan coklat menjadi kepingan kecil.
Sehingga ia diproses menjadi nisbah pengecilan yang
diingini.
tinggi Parsli
10 g hingga 50 g
Sehingga ia diproses menjadi nisbah pengecilan yang
diingini.
tinggi Daging, hati (untuk daging kisar, tartar stik, dsb.)
50 g hingga 500 g
Buang tulang, rawan dan urat. Potong dadu daging.
Membuat daging sosej, inti dan pâté:
Masukkan daging (daging lembu, daging babi, daging anak
lembu, ayam, atau pun ikan, dsb.) bersama-sama dengan
bahan lain dan rempah ratus ke dalam mangkuk dan
campurkan sehingga menjadi doh.
