Quantité: 200 à 400 g
S Retirez entièrement les coquilles, sinon les lames du
mixer s'émoussent.
Broyez les noix et amandes jusqu'à obtention de la
finesse voulue.
2/M Réduire les fruits ou les légumes en purée
(Compote de pomme, purée d'épinards, de carottes, de
tomates; cuits ou crus)
S Versez les ingrédients et les épices dans le mixeur et
transformezĆles en purée.
2 Lait aux bananes et à la vanille
2 bananes
60 g de glace à la vanille (env. 2 cuillers à soupe pleines)
2 sachet de sucre à la vanille
env. 250 ml de lait.
S Dans le mixeur, versez les morceaux de banane, la
glace, le sucre à la vanille et le lait.
2 Lait au chocolat
80 à 100 g de chocolat
env. 400 ml de lait très chaud
S Broyez le chocolat dans le mixeur, rajoutez le lait chaud
et mélangez brièvement.
1 et 2 Mayonnaise
1 oeuf
1 cuiller à café de moutarde
150 à 200 ml d'huile
1 cuiller à soupe de jus de citron ou de vinaigre
1 pincée de sel
1 pincée de sucre
Ces ingrédients doivent se trouver à la même
température.
S Pendant quelques secondes, mélangez tous ces
ingrédients sauf l'huile, avec le mixeur réglé sur la
position 1.
S Réglez ensuite le mixeur sur la position 2, versez l'huile
lentement par l'entonnoir puis battez le mélange jusqu'à
ce que la mayonnaise soit bien ferme.
La mayonnaise ne se conserve pas longtemps,
consommezĆla rapidement.
