Quant.: 200 gr a 400 gr
2 ca. 3 min Batidos de leite para pessoas preocupadas com as
calorias
500 ml de leite H (3,5% de gordura)
3 a 4 colheres de sopa cheias de fermento em
Sabor de frutos ou de baunilha
S Deixar o leite H arrefecer no congelador durante
3ĂaĂ3,5Ăhoras (não utilizar garrafas de vidro). Bater na
tigela até obter uma espuma consistente. Juntar, depois,
3 a 4 colheres de sopa de pudim instantâneo e envolver
bem na massa.
2/M Nozes, amêndoas
Quant.: 200 gr a 400 gr
S Retirar as peles, caso contrário as lâminas ficam
embotadas.
Trabalhar os ingredientes até obter oĂresultado pretendido.
2/M Fazer purés de frutos e de legumes
(mousse de maçã, espinafres, cenouras, tomates; crus ou
cozidos).
S Deitar os ingredientes no misturador e trabalháĆlos até
obter um puré.
