500 g de farine maxi.
25 g de levure ou 1 sachet de levure en poudre
225 ml de lait tiède
1 oeuf
1 prise de sel
80 g de sucre
60 g de matière grasse (tiède)
Le zeste d'un demiĆcitron (ou de l'arôme citron)
Les ingrédients devront se trouver à la même
température.
Une fois que la pâte a acquis un aspect lisse, laissezĆla
gonfler dans un endroit chaud.

Pâte levée
4 oeufs
250 g de sucre
1 sachet de sucre à la vanille
250 g de beurre ou de margarine
la température de la pièce)
500 g maxi. de farine
1 sachet de levure chimique
125 ml de lait
Mélangez la pâte jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit lisse et ne
contienne plus de grumeaux.

Sorbet aux fraises
250 g de fraises gelées
100 g de sucre glace
180 ml de crème (juste le contenu d'un pot).
S Versez tous les ingrédients dans le bol. Enclenchez
immédiatement l'appareil sinon des grumeaux vont se
former. Mélangez tout le temps nécessaire àĂl'obtention
d'une glace crémeuse.

(Kaba par ex.)

S Rangez le lait au congélateur pendant 3 à 3,5 heures
pour qu'il commence à se solidifier (n'utilisez pas de
bouteille en verre). VersezĆle ensuite dans le bol et
battezĆle jusqu'à obtenir une mousse ferme. Ensuite,
rajoutez 3 à 4 cuillers à soupe de poudre instantanée et
mélangezĆles brièvement.
