Il congelatore
Usare il congelatore
■ Per conservare alimenti surgelati.
■ Per produrre cubetti di ghiaccio.
■ Per il congelamento di alimenti.
Avvertenza
Attenzione che la porta del congelatore
sia chiusa correttamente! Se la porta
è aperta gli alimenti surgelati si sconge-
lano. Il congelatore forma molto ghiaccio.
Inoltre: spreco di energia a causa di alto
consumo di corrente elettrica!
Max. capacità
di congelamento
Indicazioni sulla max. possibilità di
congelamento in 24 ore sono riportate
sulla targhetta d’identificazione. Figura .
Condizioni per la max. capacità
di congelamento
■ Prima di introdurre prodotti freschi
inserire il super congelamento (vedi il
capitolo «Super congelamento»).
■ Rimuovere gli accessori. Accumulare
gli alimenti direttamente sui ripiani e
sul fondo del congelatore.
■ Maggiori quantità di alimenti si
congelano molto più rapidamente nel
vano superiore. Se il vano superiore
non basta per la capacità di conge-
lamento indicata sulla targhetta porta-
dati, il quantitativo restante può essere
conservato nel vano sottostante,
iniziando da avanti a destra.
■ Congelare gli alimenti freschi
possibilmente vicino alle pareti laterali.

Acquisto di alimenti surgelati
■ La confezione non deve essere
danneggiata.
■ Rispettare la data di conservazione.
■ La temperatura nell’espositore-
congelatore di vendita deve essere
-18 °C o inferiore.
■ Trasportare gli alimenti surgelati
possibilmente in una borsa termica e
conservarli poi al più presto possibile
nel congelatore.
Tenere presente nella
sistemazione
■ Congelare grandi quantità di alimenti
preferibilmente nello scomparto
superiore, dove essi si congelano
molto velocemente e quindi anche
delicatamente.
■ Disporre gli alimenti distesi in
piano negli scomparti o nei cassetti
surgelati.
Avvertenza
Gli alimenti già congelati non devono
entrare in contatto con gli alimenti
da congelare. Eventualmente spostare
gli alimenti congelati nei cassetti
surgelati.
Conservazione degli alimenti
congelati
Per garantire la perfetta circolazione
dell’aria, introdurre il cassetto surgelati
fino all’arresto.
