Nedfrysing/oppbevaring av matvarer og produksjon av isterninger

Uegnet emballasje:

Vanlig innpakningspapir pergamentaktig papir,

cellofan, avfallsposer og brukte bæreposer.

Pakk godt inn marvarene, press mest mulig luft

ut av pakningen og lukk deretter hermetisk

igjen.

Egnet lukningsmateriell:

Sterk strikk, plastklips, hyssing, frysetape etc.

Poser og frysefilm kan forsegles med en

plastsveiser.

Før varene legges i fryseskapet, bør man merke

tydelig innholdet i pakkene og notere lagringstid

eller innfrysingsdato på dem.

Innfrysingskapasitet

Døgnkapasiteten er avhengig av type fryser:

SF-24N/KGVA 12 kg/24 t.

SF-28N/KGVA 12 kg/24 t.

Regulering av temperatur-

velger ved innfrysing og bruk

av innfrysingsbryter

Innstill temperaturvelgeren på “3” ved innfrysing

av matvarer.

Trykk inn innfrysingsbryteren (Bilde s/22).

(Et rødt merke blir synlig ved bruk av bryteren).

Etter avsluttet innfrysingsprosess (ca. 24 timer

senere) avbrytes hurtiginnfrysingsprosessen ved

å trykke på bryteren igjen.

Observer følgende ved

innfrysing av ferske varer

Plasser matvarene direkte på fryseelementet,

om mulig. Dette gir en raskere og mer

omhyggelig innfrysing av produktene. Pass på

så frosne varer i skapet ikke kommer i kontakt

med varene som skal fryses ned.
