Avería Posible causa Forma de subsanarla
La temperatura en el interior
del compartimento de
congelación es demasiado
elevada (calor).
La puerta del aparato se ha
abierto con demasiada
frecuencia.
No abrir la puerta del aparato
innecesariamente.
Las aberturas de ventilación
y aireación están obstruidas.
Eliminar la causa de la obstrucción.
La congelación de grandes
cantidades de alimentos
frescos.
No exceder la capacidad de congelación de
alimentos frescos del aparato.
El aparato no enfría; el
indicador de temperatura y la
iluminación interior están
encendidas.
El modo de exposición está
activado.
Mantener pulsadas la tecla °C y la tecla de
ajuste @ durante 5 segundos, hasta que suene
una señal acústica de confirmación. Al soltar
las teclas suena otra señal acústica de
confirmación.
Cerciorarse al cabo de un cierto tiempo de que
el aparato enfría.
Las paredes laterales del
aparato están calientes.
En el interior de las paredes
laterales hay tubos que se
calientan durante el proceso
de refrigeración.
Este comportamiento del aparato es normal,
no se trata de una avería.
El calor que emite el aparato no daña a los
muebles contiguos.
La iluminación no funciona. La iluminación de diodos
luminosos está defectuosa.

La puerta del aparato ha
permanecido abierta durante
demasiado tiempo.
La iluminación se desactiva
al cabo de aproximadamente
10 minutos.
Tras abrir y cerrar la puerta, la iluminación del
