Cuanto mayor cantidad
de agente refrigerante contenga
el aparato, mayores
dimensiones tiene que tener
el recinto en donde se vaya
a colocar. En recintos
demasiado pequeños pueden
formarse mezclas inflamables
de aire y gas en caso de
producirse fugas en el circuito
de frío del aparato.
Las dimensiones mínimas
de la habitación o local
en donde se encuentra
instalado el aparato deberán
ser 1 m³ por cada 8 gramos
de agente refrigerante.
La cantidad de agente
refrigerante que incorpora
su aparato figura en la placa
de características, que
se encuentra en el interior
del mismo.
Al instalar el aparato en su
emplazamiento definitivo,
asegurarse de que el cable de
conexión no quede aprisionado
ni se dañe.
En caso de resultar dañado el
cable de conexión del aparato y
tener que sustituirlo, estos
trabajos solo podrán ser
ejecutados por el fabricante, el
personal del Servicio de
Asistencia Técnica o por un
profesional con cualificación
similar. Una instalación o
reparación incorrecta puede
poner al usuario en un riesgo
considerable.
Las reparaciones que fuera
necesario efectuar sólo podrán
ser ejecutadas por electricistas,
técnicos del Servicio de
Asistencia Técnica Oficial de la
marca o personas con una
cualificación profesional similar.
Sólo podrán utilizarse piezas
originales del fabricante. Sólo
en el caso de utilizar piezas
originales del fabricante, éste
garantiza que cumplan las
exigencias de seguridad
planteadas.
No utilizar tomas de corriente
múltiples, cables de
prolongación ni adaptadores.
