Frysning og
opbevaring af
produkter-fremstilling
af isterninger
Ved indkøb af dybfrosne
fødevarer bør følgende
observeres:
Køb kun produkter hvis indpakning er
hel og tæt.
Kontroller at datoen for holdbarhed
ikke er overskredet.
Frysertemperaturen i den forretning
hvor varerne indkøbes bør være
under -18C.
Tag de dybfrosne varer til sidst. Pak
dem ind i avispapir eller læg dem i en
isoterm pose og tag straks hjem for at
anbringe varerne i fryseren.
Emballage af friske
produkter
Brug kun absolut friske produkter til
hjemmefrysning, emballeret i vakuum
for ikke at blive tørre.
Materiale der er velegnet til
indpakning:
Plastfolie af polyetylen, aluminiumsfolie
og lufttætte kasser. Det drejer sig om
produkter der kan købes i en
hvilkensomhelst forretning.
Materiale der er uegnet til
indpakning:
Indpakningspapir, sulfatbehandlet papir,
cellofan, affaldsposer samt brugte
plastikposer.
Materiale der er velegnet til lukning
af indpakningen:
Gummistrimler, plastikclips, snor,
vandfast tape eller lignende. Et apparat
til forsegling af plastfolie og polyetylen
poser anbefales.
Forsyn pakkerne med etiketter der
angiver indholdet og indfrysningsdato
inden placering i fryseren.
Frysekapacitet
Oplysninger om den max.
frysekapacitet fremgår af typeskiltet.
Den maksimale kapacitet for
nedfrysning af friske madvarer på 24
timer, (fordelt oven på frysegitrene)
figurerer på skiltet med tekniske data
(i kg/24 t), se figur !0.
Anbring produkterne således at
luftcirkulationen i fryseren ikke
forhindres. Sørg for at de friske
produkter ikke berører de frosne.
Temperaturvælger for
fryser samt fryseafbryder
Indstil temperaturvælgeren på “3” for
indrysning. I denne position kan 2,5 kg
fødevarer indfryses. Hvis det drejer sig
om større mængder skal
fryseafbryderen anvendes (fig. E/22).
(Ved tryk på denne knap ses et rødt
signal). Når indfrysningsprocessen er
afsluttet (ca. 24 timer) afbrydes
processen ved igen at trykke på samme
knap.
Meget vigtigt for
indfrysning:
Undgå en hvilken som helst kontakt
mellem de allerede indfrosne og de
friske produkter.
