Kleine storingen zelf verhelpen
Voordat u de hulp van de Servicedienst inroept:
Controleer eerst of u aan de hand van de volgende
punten de storing kunt verhelpen.
Voer een zelftest van het apparaat uit (zie hoofdstuk
„Zelftest apparaat”).
U moet de kosten voor advies van de monteur van
de Servicedienst zelf betalen – ook in de garantietijd!
Storing Eventuele oorzaak Oplossing
De temperatuur wijkt erg af van
de instelling.
In sommige gevallen is het voldoende om het apparaat
gedurende 5 minuten uit te schakelen.
Als de temperatuur te warm is: na enkele uren controleren of
de temperatuur de temperatuurinstelling genaderd is.
Als de temperatuur te koud is: de volgende dag
de temperatuur nogmaals controleren.
Geen enkele indicatie brandt. Stroomuitval; de zekering is uitgeschakeld;
de stekker zit niet goed in het stopcontact.
Stekker in het stopcontact steken. Controleer of er stroom is.
Controleer de zekeringen.
De temperatuurindicatie van de
diepvriesruimte knippert, een
alarmsignaal is te horen en de toets
„alarm off” brandt.
In de diepvriesruimte is het te
warm!
Gevaar voor de diepvrieswaren!
Om het alarmsignaal uit te schakelen de „alarm off”-toets
indrukken.
De deur is geopend. Deur sluiten.
De be- en ontluchtingsopeningen zijn afgedekt. Afdekking verwijderen.
Er zijn teveel levensmiddelen tegelijk in het
diepvriesvak gelegd.
Max. invriescapaciteit niet overschrijden.
Als de storing is verholpen gaat het alarmindicatie na een tijdje
uit.
De verlichting functioneert niet. De lichtschakelaar klemt. Controleer of er beweging in de lichtschakelaar zit.
De verlichting is defect. (Zie hoofdstuk „Verlichting”.)
Het apparaat koelt niet.
De verlichting functioneert niet.
De indicatie brandt niet
Stroomuitval. Controleren of er stroom is.
De zekering is uitgeschakeld. Zekering controleren.
De stekker zit niet goed in het stopcontact. Controleer of de stekker goed in het stopcontact zit.
De koelmachine wordt steeds vaker
en langer ingeschakeld.
De deur van het apparaat werd te vaak
geopend.
Deur van het apparaat niet onnodig openen.
De be en ontluchtingsopeningen zijn afgedekt. Afdekkingen verwijderen.
Invriezen van grotere hoeveelheden verse
levensmiddelen.
Max. invriescapacitiet niet overschrijden.
