Groente en bijgerechten
Hier vindt u gegevens voor het bereiden van gegrilde
groente, aardappels en diepvries-aardappelproducten.
Houd u aan de opgaven in de tabel.
Yoghurt
Met uw apparaat kunt u ook zelf yoghurt maken.
Neem de rekjes en accessoires uit de binnenruimte. De
binnenruimte moet leeg zijn.
1. 1 liter melk (3,5 % vet) op 90 °C verwarmen op de
kookplaat en vervolgens tot 40 °C laten afkoelen.
Bij houdbare melk is het verwarmen op 40 °C
voldoende.
2. 30 g (ca. 1 eetlepel) yoghurt (koelkasttemperatuur)
erdoor roeren.
3. Hiermee koppen of kleine potjes met deksel vullen
en afdekken.
4. De koppen of potjes vervolgens op de bodem van
de binnenruimte zetten en instellen zoals
aangegeven in de tabel.
5. De yoghurt na de bereiding in de koelkast laten
afkoelen.
