Raadpleeg de baktabellen voor gelijksoortig gebak.
Prik ca. 10 minuten voor het einde van de in het reĆ
cept vermelde baktijd met een stokje in het hoogste
punt van het gebak. Als er geen deeg aan het stokje
blijft kleven, is het gebak klaar.
Voeg de volgende keer minder vloeistof toe of stel de
oventemperatuur 10 graden lager in. Houd rekening
met de omroertijden in het recept.
De rand van de springvorm niet invetten. Na het bakĆ
ken maakt u het gebak voorzichtig los met een mes.
