La chaleur est diffusée uniformément sur le gâteau ou

réussissent le mieux avec ce mode de cuisson. La
convection naturelle convient aussi aux pièces de
viande maigre de bĹuf, veau et gibier.
Chaleur de sole
Avec la chaleur de sole vous pouvez poursuivre la
cuisson ou le brunissage de gâteaux par le bas. Elle
est également idéale pour la stérilisation.
Gril, petite surface
Seule la partie centrale de la résistance du gril est
allumée. Ce mode de cuisson convient aux petites
quantités d'aliments. Vous économiserez de l'énergie.
Posez les pièces à griller au centre de la grille.
