Use el modo Pizza para pizza fresca o congelada.
Consejos: Para una corteza crujiente, coloque la pizza directamente sobre la rejilla.
Para una corteza blanda, use bandeja para pizza.
Al elevar masa, unte la masa con aceite de oliva y cubra el bol herméticamente
con un plástico para prevenir la formación de costras.
Esparza harina de maíz sobre la bandeja para pizza para que no se pegue.
Si se usa una pala para pizza, esparza harina de maíz sobre la pala para
facilitar el traslado de la masa a la bandeja.
Si se utiliza masa para pizza casera precocinada, pinche la masa con un
tenedor antes de hornearla.
Si se utiliza una bandeja para pizza, elija una bandeja perforada y oscura para
obtener una corteza más crujiente, y una bandeja no perforada para una
corteza blanda.
Precaliente las piedras para horneado mientras se calienta el horno.
