Recomendamos a utilização de

O resultado do tostado pode ser
influenciado com a alteração do nível
em que é colocada a forma.
Colocar a forma do bolo sempre no
centro da grelha.
Os bolos e outras massas podem ser
colocados no forno frio ou quente.
Com o forno pré-aquecido, os tempos
de cozedura são reduzidos em cerca de
5 minutos.
Bolos em formas de chapa branca
devem ser cozidos de preferência com
circulação de ar quente.
A chanfradura do tabuleiro deve ficar
sempre voltada para a porta do forno.
Introduzir sempre o tabuleiro até ao
fundo do forno.
Conselhos:
Se um bolo baixar durante a cozedura
ou depois de retirado do forno, deverá,
da próxima vez, utilizar uma massa
menos líquida, regular uma temperatura
mais baixa e, eventualmente, regular um
tempo de cozedura mais longo.
Bolo demasiado escuro por baixo:
Verificar o nível de colocação do
tabuleiro. Reduzir o tempo de cozedura
e seleccionar uma temperatura mais
baixa.
Bolo demasiado claro por baixo:
Verificar o nível de colocação do
tabuleiro, se necessário, seleccionar
uma temperatura mais baixa, prolongar
o tempo de cozedura e, eventualmente,
utilizar uma forma de chapa preta.
