Boven- en onderwarmte
1. De keuzeschakelaar instellen in
stand
t.
2. De temperatuurkiezer instellen.
Het braadstuk in de koude bakoven
schuiven (voorverwarmen niet nodig –
energiebesparend).
Braden in open servies:
De braadpan of braadschaal met water
uitspoelen en het stuk vlees in de pan
leggen. De inschuifhoogte hangt af van
de grootte en dikte van het braadstuk.
Braden in gesloten servies:
Het vlees in een braadpan leggen, met
een passend deksel afsluiten en op het
rooster in de bakoven schuiven. De
oventemperatuur ong. 20 tot 30° C
hoger instellen.
Alleen vaatwerk gebruiken waarvan de
handgrepen tegen hitte bestand zijn, b.v.
geëmaillerde, glazen of gietijzeren
braadpannen
Gevogelte altijd volledig ontdooid
bereiden. Tevoren de inwendige organen
en ingewanden verwijderen en het
gevogelte goed zuiveren.
Na afloop van de bereidingstijd het
braadstuk ong. 5 minuten in de
uitgeschakelde bakoven laten rusten.
Braden op het rooster:
Het rooster in de braadslede leggen
en te samen op dezelfde inschuifhoogte
inschuiven.
De universale pan kunt u als extra
toebehoor bij de gespecialiseerde
handel of via onze klantenservice
bezorgen.
Meestal worden alleen erg vette
braadstukken, b.v. gans, op het rooster
gebraden.
