Comidas normalizadas
Estas tablas han sido elaboradas para institutos de pruebas
con el fin de facilitar los controles y pruebas de los distintos
aparatos.
Conforme a EN 50304/EN 60350 (2009) e IEC 60350.
Hornear
Hornear a 2 niveles:
Colocar la bandeja universal siempre encima de la bandeja de
horno.
Hornear a 3 niveles:
Introducir la bandeja universal en el centro.
Pastas de:
Las bandejas que se han introducido en el horno al mismo
tiempo no tienen por qué estar listas en el mismo momento.
Pastel de manzana cubierto en 1 nivel:
Colocar moldes desarmables oscuros separados entre sí.
Pastel de manzana cubierto en 2 niveles:
Colocar los moldes desarmables en desnivel unos sobre otros,
ver figura.
Pasteles en moldes desarmables de hojalata:
Hornear con Calor superior/inferior
% en el nivel 1. Utilizar la
bandeja universal en vez de la parrilla y colocar encima el
molde desarmable.
Nota: Para hornear, seleccionar la primera vez la temperatura
más baja de las indicadas.
Asar al grill
Si los alimentos se colocan directamente sobre la parrilla,
introducir la bandeja universal a la altura 1. De este modo se
recoge el jugo de la carne y el horno se mantiene más limpio.
