Vilka livsmedel gäller det?
Akrylamid bildas framförallt vid tillagning med hög värme av
mjöl- och stärkelserika produkter, t.ex. potatischips, pommes
frites, rostat bröd, småfranska, bröd, konditorivaror av mördeg
(kex, olika slags pepparkakor).

Tips på tillagning som ger låg akrylamidhalt i maten
Allmänt Håll tillagningstiderna så korta som möjligt. Bryn maten gyllengul, inte mörkbrun.
Stora, tjocka bitar innehåller mindre akrylamid.
Baka småkakor
Pommes frites i ugnen
Med över- och undervärme på max. 200 °C, med 3D-varmluft eller varmluft på
max.180 °C. Med över- och undervärme på max. 190 °C, med 3D-varmluft eller varm-
luft på max. 170 °C. Ägg eller äggula minskar förekomsten av akrylamid. Fördela ett
lager jämnt över plåten. Tillaga minst 400 g per plåt, så att inte dina pommes frites blir
torra.
