Se recomienda utilizar moldes oscuros de metal.

cantidad y la consistencia de la masa. Por este motivo, en las
tablas se indican márgenes de temperatura.
Programar la primera vez la temperatura más baja. De este
modo se consigue un dorado más homogéneo. En caso
necesario, utilizar la vez siguiente una temperatura más alta.
No sobrecargar la parrilla o la bandeja de horno.
