Viande
Retournez les pièces de viande à micuisson.
Une fois le rôti cuit, laissez-le reposer 10 minutes de plus dans
le four éteint et fermé. Cela permet au jus de mieux se répartir
dans la viande.
Après la cuisson d'un rosbif, enveloppezle dans une feuille
d'aluminium et laissezle reposer 10 minutes dans le four.
En cas de rôti de porc avec couenne, entaillez la couenne en
croix et posez le rôti avec la couenne au contact du récipient.

  • HI, I purchased a Bosch fan oven 3 years ago and the top grill seems to malfunction. Can you tell me when I turn the left control to position no 2 for top and bottom grills to operate.

    Does the Upper grill operate on both sections centre grill and outer grill at the same time ?? Submitted on 12-3-2019 at 15:05
