Comidas normalizadas
Estas tablas han sido elaboradas para institutos de pruebas
con el fin de facilitar los controles y pruebas de los distintos
aparatos.
Conforme a EN 50304/EN 60350 (2009) e IEC 60350.
Hornear
Hornear a 2 niveles:
Colocar siempre la bandeja universal profunda en el nivel
superior y la bandeja de aluminio en el nivel inferior.
Galletas de mantequilla:
Las bandejas que se han introducido en el horno al mismo
tiempo no tienen por qué estar listas en el mismo momento.
Pastel de manzana recubierto en 1 nivel:
Colocar moldes desmontables oscuros separados entre sí.
Pastel de manzana recubierto en 2 niveles:
Colocar moldes desmontables oscuros superpuestos.
Pasteles en moldes desmontables de hojalata:
Hornear con Calor superior e inferior
% en 1 nivel. Utilizar la
bandeja esmaltada en lugar de la parrilla y colocar encima los
moldes desmontables.
Asar al grill
Si los alimentos se colocan directamente sobre la parrilla,
introducir la bandeja esmaltada en la altura 1. De este modo se
recoge el jugo de la carne y el horno se mantiene más limpio.
