Oala de µlefuit 16 ar trebui så iaså în afarå din
apåråtoarea de protecøie 15, numai cât este
absolut necesar pentru fiecare caz de prelucrare
în parte.
Reglaøi apåråtoarea de protecøie 15 pentru
aceastå cotå specificå.
Pentru montaj vezi figura.
Înµurubaøi piuliøa de strângere 11 µi strângeøi-o cu
cheia pentru douå gåuri 17 corespunzåtoare.
În locul piuliøei de strângere 11 se poate folosi
piuliøa cu strângere rapidå 12 (accesoriu). Astfel
dispozitivele de µlefuit pot fi montate fårå cheie.
Piuliøa cu strângere rapidå 12 poate fi utilizatå
numai pentru discuri de degroµat-retezat.
Folosiøi numai o piuliøå cu strângere rapidå 12
în perfectå stare, nedeterioratå.
La înµurubare aveøi grijå ca partea înscriså så nu
fie îndreptatå spre discul de µlefuit, sågeata
trebuie så arate indicele 29.
Opriøi arborele de
polizat (cu tasta de
blocare a arborelui 2)
µi fixaøi mandrina
rapidå rotind puternic
discul de µlefuit în
sensul miµcårii
acelor de ceasornic.
O piuliøå cu rapidå
fixatå corespunzåtor,
în bunå stare, se
poate desprinde
manual prin rotirea
inelului moletat în

acelor de ceasornic.
Nu desprindeøi
niciodatå cu
cleµtele o piuliøå cu
strângere rapidå
care s-a înøepenit,
µi folosiøi cheia
pentru piuliøe de strângere. Aµezaøi pe poziøie
cheia pentru piuliøe de strângere, aµa cum se
aratå în figurå.
Pot fi utilizate toate dispozitivele de µlefuit
menøionate în prezentele instrucøiuni de utilizare.
Turaøia [min

] resp. viteza de rotaøie [m/s]
admise pentru dispozitivele de µlefuit utilizate
trebuie så fie cel puøin egale cu valorile din tabel.
De aceea respectaøi întotdeauna turaøia/viteza
de rotaøie admiså de pe eticheta dispozitivelor
de µlefuit.
Atenøie la tensiunea de alimentare: Tensiunea
de alimentare trebuie så corespundå datelor de
pe plåcuøa indicatoare a maµinii. Maµinile
marcate cu 230 V pot fi alimentate µi la 220 V.
Pornire/oprire
Pentru punerea în funcøiune a maµinii împingeøi
înainte întrerupåtorul pornit /oprit 3 µi apoi
apåsaøi-l.
Pentru fixarea întrerupåtorului pornit/oprit 3 în
poziøie apåsatå, împingeøi-l mai departe înainte.
Pentru deconectarea maµinii eliberaøi resp.
apåsaøi µi eliberaøi întrerupåtorul pornit/oprit 3.
Model de întrerupåtor fårå posibilitate de
blocare (specific unor øåri):
Pentru punerea în funcøiune a maµinii împingeøi
înainte întrerupåtorul pornit /oprit 3 µi apoi
apåsaøi-l.
Pentru deconectarea maµinii eliberaøi
întrerupåtorul pornit/oprit 3.
