8Troubleshooting
8.1 Troubleshooting “perceived” faults
“Perceived” faults may have different causes that
can, in most cases, be remedied with simple
steps.
For example, if you feel too cold or hot, the
following table will assist you in removing these
“perceived” faults.

Thermostatic radiator valves set too
low.
Set thermostatic valve(s) higher.
Heating levels set too low.
Set required room temperature

Flow temperature controller

Possibly reduce solar optimising

Air lock in heating system. Bleed radiators and vent heating

Heating up takes too

Heating up speed set too low. Set Heating up speed e.g. to "Fast".

Radiators become too hot. Set thermostatic valve(s) lower.
Set required room temperature
lower in menu point Heating levels
for "Comfort".
Installation location of controller
unfavourable, e.g. external wall, close
to window, in a draught etc.
Contact authorised contractor or
customer service.
Excessive room
temperature
fluctuations.
Temporary influence of external heat
on room, e.g. through solar radiation,
lighting, TV, fireplace etc.
