Laisser lever la pâte
Avec le mode de cuisson Laisser lever, la pâte monte
nettement plus rapidement qu'à la température
ambiante.
Vous pouvez choisir librement le niveau d'enfournement
pour la grille ou placer la grille avec précaution sur le
fond du compartiment de cuisson.
Attention : Ne pas rayer le fond du compartiment de
cuisson !
Placer le récipient avec la pâte sur la grille. Ne pas
couvrir la pâte.
Extraire le jus
Avant d'extraire le jus, mettre les baies dans un saladier
et saupoudrer de sucre. Laisser reposer au moins une
heure pour laisser le jus s'installer.
Mettre les baies dans le panier vapeur perforé et
enfourner au niveau 3. Pour recueillir le jus, enfourner le
panier vapeur non perforé au niveau 1.
A la fin, verser les baies dans un torchon et presser le
jus restant.
