15.13 Laisser lever la pâte
Recommandations de réglage pour laisser lever de la
pâte.
Avec votre appareil, la pâte monte nettement plus rapi-
dement qu'à température ambiante.
Laisser lever la pâte
1. Enfournez le panier vapeur perforé dans le compar-
timent de cuisson.
Vous pouvez choisir librement le niveau d'enfourne-
ment du panier vapeur perforé.
2. Placer le bol avec la pâte dans le panier vapeur per-
foré. Ne couvrez pas la pâte.
3. Réglez l'appareil conformément aux recommanda-
tions de réglage.
