Tina och värma på eller tillaga frysmat.
Ta av förpackningen på färdigmaten. Den blir varm
snabbare och jämnare form som går att mikra.
Ingredienserna i maten kan värma på olika.
Platt mat blir klar snabbare än hög. Sprid ut maten så
mycket det går i formen. Livsmedlen ska inte ligga på
varandra.
Täck alltid maten. Har du inget lock till formen, ta en
tallrik eller speciell mikrofolie.
Rör om resp. vänd maten 2-3 gånger.
Låt maten vila ytterligare 2-5 minuter efter uppvärmning,
så att den hinner temperaturutjämna.
Maten behåller mycket av sin smak. Så salta och
krydda försiktigt.
Anvisning: Ställ formen på ugnsbotten.
