16 Preventief onderhoud
Met het volgende schema voor preventief onderhoud kunt u
kleine problemen opsporen en oplossen voordat zich ernstige
storingen aan de apparatuur voordoen. Voer regelmatig de
volgende taken uit:
– Controleer alle verbindingskabels op schade.
– Maak de behuizing schoon met een vochtige, schone doek.
– Maak de dome/vensters schoon met een goedgekeurde
polycarbonaatreiniger (Novus LEXAN cleaner-plastic
polish).
– Controleer of alle bevestigingsmiddelen zijn afgeschermd.
Houd bij het schoonmaken van de domekoepel de volgende
waarschuwing in acht:
– Gebruik geen oplossingen op alcoholbasis om de koepel
schoon te maken. Dat veroorzaakt een melkachtige
verkleuring en op langere termijn materiaalmoeheid, zodat
de koepel bros wordt.
– Gebruik voor het schoonmaken van de koepel geen
schurende schoonmaakmiddelen of schoonmaakmiddelen
met een hoog alkalinegehalte.
– Schrap de koepel niet af met scheermesjes of andere
scherpe voorwerpen.
– Gebruik voor het schoonmaken van de koepel geen
benzeen, benzine, aceton of tetrachloormethaan.
– Maak de koepel niet schoon in rechtstreeks zonlicht of op
erg hete dagen.
De koepel bevestigen
Bij aflevering van de AutoDome Easy II is de koepel vastgemaakt
aan het bovenste deel van de behuizing. Bosch raadt aan de
koepel niet los te maken van de behuizing. Als zich echter een
situatie voordoet waarin de koepel moet worden verwijderd,
gebruik dan een Torx T-10 schroevendraaier om de drie
schroeven vast te schroeven op het bovenste deel van de
behuizing met een aanhaalmoment van 5 in.-lbs.
