Testere zinciri gerginliπini, iµe baµlamadan önce, ilk
kesme iµleminden sonra ve düzenli olarak her
10 dakikada bir kontrol edin. Özellikle yeni testere
zinciri kullan∂yorsan∂z yüksek genleµmeyi dikkate
al∂n.
Testere zincirinin kullan∂m ömrü esas olarak yeterli
yaπlamaya ve doπru gerginliπe baπl∂d∂r.
Aµ∂r∂ derecede ∂s∂nm∂µ testere zincirlerini germeyin,
çünkü soπuduktan sonra kendini çeker ve pala
üzerinde aµ∂r∂ ölçüde gergin durur.
1. Testere zincirini düz bir yüzeye yerleµtirin.
2. Pala konumunu gevµetmek üzere gerici
tutamaπ∂n∂ 14 saat hareket yönünün tersinde
yak. 1 – 3 tur att∂rmak suretiyle çevirin.
3. Zincir halkalar∂n∂n (baklalar∂n∂n) palan∂n k∂lavuz
oluklar∂ 11 ve zincir çark∂n∂n 21 üzerine tam ve
kusursuz biçimde oturup oturmad∂klar∂n∂ kontrol
edin.
4. K∂rm∂z∂ zincir germe halkas∂n∂ 13 doπru zincir
gerginliπi elde edilinceye kadar ve istenen
konumda kavrama yap∂ncaya kadar saat hareket
yönünde çevirin. Kavrama (kilitlenme)
mekanizmas∂ zincirin gevµemesini önler. Zincir
germe halkas∂ 13 zor dönüyorsa, gerici
tutamaπ∂ 14 saat hareket yönünün tersinde biraz
daha çevirin. Zincir germe halkas∂ 13
ayarland∂ktan sonra gerici tutamak 14 birlikte
dönmelidir.
5. Eπer orta k∂sm∂ndan yaklaµ∂k olarak 3 – 4 mm
kald∂r∂labiliyorsa, testere zinciri 10 doπru olarak
gerilmiµ demektir. Bu iµlemi testere zincirini tek
elle aletin kendi aπ∂rl∂π∂na karµ∂ yukar∂ çekerek
yap∂n.
6. Eπer testere zinciri 10 aµ∂r∂ ölçüde gerginse,
zincir germe halkas∂n∂ 13 saat hareket yönünün
tersine doπru çevirerek gevµetin.
