De ventilator in de gasoven
Op het moment dat de gasoven of de electrische
grill in bedrijf is kunt u de ventilator die in de ach-
terwand zit apart aanzetten door de grillschake-
laar (fig. 9) voorbij stand 12 te draaien. Door de
grillschakelaar weer in de uitstand te zetten zet u
de ventilator weer uit.
Voordeel van het aanzetten van de ventilator is
dat u een betere warmtespreiding creëert in de
oven waardoor u gemakkelijker meerdere gerech-
ten kunt bereiden in de gasgeventileerde oven.
Houdt er wel rekening mee dat dit niet hetzelfde
is als een heteluchtfunctie in een elektrische oven,
en er wel een groot temperatuurverschil blijft in
de oven. Hoe dichter bij de warmtebron (dus de
gasbrander of grill) des te warmer het daar is.
Let op: de grill werkt niet wanneer de gasbrander
aan staat. De gasbrander en grill zijn dus niet
gelijktijdig te gebruiken.
Let op: Wanneer u gebruik maakt van de gasbran-
der in combinatie met de luchtventilator dient u
wanneer het gerecht klaar is beide knoppen in de
uitstand te zetten. Wanneer u alleen de knop voor
de ovenbrander in de uitstand zet, zal het grillele-
ment in werking treden.
