Piedra para pizzas
La piedra para pizzas está elaborada con cerá-
mica termorresistente secada y cocida a una
temperatura de 1320ºC. La piedra es resistente
a las variaciones de temperatura, a los arañazos
y al polvo. Su innovador diseño con orificios de
flujo de aire reduce el peso y acelera el tiempo
de calentamiento. El calor de reparte de forma
homogénea por la cerámica, lo que permite que
toda su superficie alcance la misma temperatura
para que sus pizzas tengan el mismo grado de
cocción y color por todas partes.
Inserte la piedrapara pizzas en el horno durante
el precalentamiento. En cuanto el horno alcance
la temperatura adecuada, coloque el producto
sobre la bandeja para pizzas. Utilice papel de hor-
near para introducir y extraer el producto fácil-
mente. De este modo, la piedra para pizzas no se
ensuciará y no será necesario limpiarla.
Se recomienda lo siguiente para la limpieza: retire
los restos de comida con una espátula o cuchilla.
Inserte la piedra de nuevo en el horno y calién-
tela. A continuación, límpiela con un estropajo y
aclárela con agua caliente.
Atención: No utilice detergentes.
La bandeja para pizzas puede perder su color con
el tiempo. Esto no afecta en modo alguno a sus
propiedades.
