Kies de gewenst brander op basis van de
betreffende wijzer die vlak bij de knop is geplaatst

De klepkranen (met thermokoppel)
In de modellen voorzien van klepkranen is het
onvermijdelijk de knop gedrukt te houden voor 10
seconden, zodat de bol van de thermokoppel
warm wordt en doortocht van het gas toestaat.
Kookpannen die aangeraden worden naar gelang
van de afmeting van de branders:
• Middelbare SR diameter van 14 tot 20
• Grote R diameter van 20 tot 24
• Vispan P ovale kookpannen
• Kroon C diameter van 22 tot 28
Alvorens het apparaat op het elektrisch net aan te
sluiten, controleer of:
- de reducerende klep en de huishoudelijke
installatie de belasting van het apparaat kunnen
verdragen (zie het betreffend typeplaatje)
- De voedingsinstallatie voorzien is van een doel-
treffend aardcontact
- Het stopcontact of de omnipolaire schakelaar,
met een minimum contact van 3 mm, makkelijk
te bereiken is, nadat het apparaat is
geïnstalleerd.
Het apparaat wordt zonder stekker afgeleverd;
men zal dus een genormaliseerde stekker (geel-
groene kabel). Het aardcontact is verplicht. De
apparaten zijn voorbereid om te functioneren op
monofase stroom 230 VAC. De installatie moet
verricht worden volgens de geldende bestaande
normen. In tegenstaand geval wijst de fabrikant
elke aansprakelijkheid van zich af.

Elektrische platen
Wanneer men overgaat tot het in gebruiknemen
van het nieuw vlak, laat de platen voor ongeveer
20 minuten functioneren. Gebruik steeds en
uitsluitend passende kookpannen met een vlake en
zware bodem (fig.15).
Belangrijk: Laat de platen nooit aan zonder
kookpan. Bescherm de platen tegen vochtigheid en
oververhitting.
Ontstekeing en regeling van de platen
Elke elektrische plaat is aangesloten op een
omschakelaar met 6 posities. Wanneer de plaat
aan is, gaat een rood lampje aan (fig.16.)
