No usar en ningún caso detergentes agresivos y abrasivos.
Es preferible vaciar y lavar la cubeta de recuperación y rejilla a diario para evitar que el residuo de cerveza se seque y se saque con difi cultad emanando olores

9. SUSTITUCIÓN BARRIL
• Cerrar el grifo “O” y “S” (fi g. 1).
• Tirar de la palanca de la válvula de desahogo del CO² “1” (fi g. 1) hasta que salga todo el CO² residual del barril y de los tubos.

• Desacoplar el cabezal de tiraje accionando la correspondiente palanca (fi g. 18).
• Posicionar el barril lleno y enganchar la cabeza de tiraje a la relativa conexión del barril y bloquear con la leva específi ca.
• Cerrar el grifo (válvula) “O” y “S” (fi g. 1).
• Abrir el dispensador de cerveza “B” (fi g.1) y dejar salir la espuma hasta que la cerveza salga de manera homogénea y constante sin espuma.
