• Abrir totalmente el dispensador de cerveza “B” (fi g. 11).

• Abrir el grifo de la red hídrica “Z” (fi g. 12).
• Abrir el grifo “X” (fi g. 13). El agua debe correr desde el dispensador de la cerveza lentamente. En el caso que la presión del agua fuera excesiva, reducir
dicha presión, operando en el grifo “X” (fi g. 13) o “Z” (fi g. 12).
• Apenas sale el agua azul del dispensador de cerveza, cerrar el dispensador y dejar operar el producto por un mínimo de 15 minutos.
• Abrir el dispensador y hacer correr el agua hasta que no se ponga transparente y limpia, dejándola correr por algunos minutos para un abundante y
adecuado aclarado.
