ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE DE LA MACHINE
Un nettoyage régulier garantit la fonctionnalité et une longue vie à la machine. Enlever l’égouttoir et le bac de la machine. Nettoyer le verre et la surface en acier
inoxydable avec der produits appropriés et faciles à trouver dans le commerce.
En aucun cas, utiliser des produits agressifs ou abrasifs.
Il est conseillé de vider le bac tous les jours et de le nettoyer ainsi que l’égouttoir. Ne pas laisser sécher et durcir la bière car il sera diffi cile de l’éliminer et vous
éviterez que les parties salies produisent de mauvaises odeurs.

9. REMPLACEMENT DU FÛT
• Fermer le robinet/vanne “O” (fi g. 1) et “S” (fi g. 1).
• Tirer l’anneau de la soupape de vidage CO² “1” (fi g. 1) jusqu’à ce que tout le CO² sorte du fût et des circuits.

• Débloquer et déclencher la tête de tirage en agissant sur le levier (fi g. 18).
• Positionner le nouveau fût et enclencher et bloquer soigneusement la tête de tirage au raccord du fût.
• Ouvrir le robinet/vanne “O” (fi g. 1) et “S” (fi g. 1)
• Ouvrir le robinet de débit “B” (fi g. 1) et laisser couler la mousse jusqu’à ce que la bière sorte de manière homogène et constante sans mousse.
