Knob control
The Tepan grill is equipped with a control knob.
You operate the device by setting the control knob to the
corresponding power level.
4.3 Functional principle
The full-surface heating element is located under the
grill zone. When the grill zone is switched on, the heating
element generates heat that heats up the grill surface
directly. The power levels can be continuously adjusted
between 1-9.
4.3.1 Power levels
The power output of Tepan grills results in the very
quick heating of food. A slight adjustment is needed
in comparison to conventional cooking systems when
selecting the power level in order to avoid burning food.
