Assembly / Dismantling
Assemble the motor housing and the hand blender as follows:
Position the hand blender with the white arrow next to the
symbol on the motor housing.
Turn the hand blender in the direction of the closed lock until
it locks in place. and must be completely in line with
one another.
In order to separate the hand blender from the motor hous-
ing, turn it in the
direction.
Using the Device
Fill the food to be mixed into the mixing bowl (max. 500 g /
300 ml). Immerse the hand blender in the mixing bowl.
Electrical connection
Check whether the electrical voltage that you intend to
use is the same as that of the machine. Details are to be
found on the label on the base.
Only connect the machine to a properly installed 230 V,
50 Hz safety socket.
Please hold the device in such a way that you can operate
pushbutton I or pushbutton II with your fi ngers.
Press one of the buttons.
Pushbutton I: This switches on the minimum speed and
cannot be regulated.
Pushbutton II: This provides the maximum speed and
cannot be regulated.
Pulsed mode is switched on by pressing the appropriate
pushbutton at intervals and then releasing it again.
The device switches itself off when the button is released.
ޥ NOTE:
Interrupt the process if the maximum speed is too slow.
Reduce the quantity of the food being mixed. First break up
any solid food.
Pull out the plug from the socket after use.
Cleaning
Preliminary Cleaning
In order to clean the mixing rod fi ll the mixing bowl with water
and operate the mixing rod as described under „Using the
Device“.
WARNING:
Always remove the plug before cleaning!
Under no circumstances should you immerse the motor
housing in water in order to clean it. Otherwise this might
result in an electric shock or fi re.
CAUTION:
Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
Wipe the casing with a dampcloth.
If you want to clean the hand blender (mixing rod)
thoroughly, detach it from the motor housing as described
under “Assembly / Dismantling”. You can briefl y rinse the
hand blender in warm soapy water. Then dry the mixing rod
thoroughly.
WARNING:
The blade of the bar mixer is very sharp! DANGER OF
INJURY!
The mixing bowl can be cleaned in warm soapy water.

The sound pressure level in the ear of an operator (LpA) was
measured according to DIN EN ISO 3744.
