All dishes which are covered up on a normal cooker should also be
covered in the microwave oven.
A lid prevents the food from drying out. Suitable covers are an
inverted plate, parchment paper or microwave foil. Dishes which
are to be given a crust should not be covered when cooked.

Quick start
You wish to heat food or drinks shortly at the highest power setting?
There are two possibilities:
1. Quick-start the microwave by directly pressing the
START/+30SEC./CONFIRM button. The cooking process will
start immediately, whereas each time pressing the button will
prolong the cooking time by 30 seconds.
Or:
2. Turn the turning knob towards the left. A signal tone sounds and
the display will show 95:00”. Set the time by turning the knob
left or right. Press the START/+30SEC./CONFIRM button to start
operation.
The power setting of the microwave is thereby 100%.
Grilling
For grilling please use the grilling grid. Use suitable heatresistant
tableware or place the food to be grilled directly on the grid.
“Preheating the grill is not necessary, as the grill produces radiant
heat immediately.
Proceed as follows for roasting and scalloping:
1. Press the GRILL/COMBI. button until “G-1 appears on the
display.
2. Press the START/+30SEC./CONFIRM button to conrm your
settings.
