Syphon Conn ection
Extension Hose
If you needa drainhose extension, make sure to usea similar drain hose.
It must b e no longer than 4 metres ; otherw ise the c leaning effec t of t he dishwasher could be reduced .
Wa t e r O u t l e t
Connect the wat er dr ain h ose. The drain hose mu st be cor rect ly fit ted t o avoi d water lea ks.
Ensur e that the w ater dra in hose i s no t kin ked or s quashed .
Positioning the Appliance
I f the sink is 100 0 higher from the fl oor, the ex c ess w a ter i n h o ses canno t be drained dir ec tl y
into the sink. Itwillbe necessary todrain excesswater from hoses into a bowl or suitable
conta iner that is held outsi de and lower th ant he s ink.

along the adjacent cabinet s or wa lls. T he dishwash er is equi pped w ith w ater supply and d rain hoses th at c an
be positioned either to the righ tor the left s ides to facilitate proper installation.
How to Drain Excess Water From Hoses
The waste connection must be at a he ight ofbetween40 cm (minimum) and 100 cm (maximum)
f ro m the bot t om of the di sh. Th e w a ter dr ain hos e sh oul d be fix e d b y a h ose cli p. T h e free en d of
t h e h os e must not be immer sed in wate r.
Ahose that attaches to a sink spray canburst if it is installed on the same water line as thedishwasher. If yoursink
has one, it is re c ommended that the h ose be d isco nnected and the hole plu gged .
Pull The safety supply hoses completely out from storage compartment located at rear of dishwasher .
Turn water fully on before sta rting the dishwasher.

Tighter the screws of the saf ety supply hose to the faucet with thread 3/4inch.
The safe ty s upp ly hose c ons ists of th e double wa lls. T he hose' s system guarantees its i ntervent ion b y b lock ing t he
flow of water in case of thesupply ho sebreakingand when the air space between the supply hoseitself and theouter
corr ug at ed hos e is f ull o f wa ter.
Turn off the water .
Uns crew the safety supply hose from the faucet.

If th e water pipes are new o r h ave not been use d for an e xtended peri od o f tim e, let the wat er run t o make sure that the
wat er is clear a nd fre e of impuriti es. If this precaution is not taken, there is a ri sk that the water inlet can get bl ocked
and damage the appl ianc e.
