Depend ing on how w ell the s alt dissolve s, the sa lt warni ng light ma y stil l be on even tho ugh the
salt contai ner is filled .
If there is n o sa lt w arni ng light in the con trol p anel (fo r so me M ode ls),you c an estim ate wh en t o f ill
the salt int o the softene r by the cycles t hat the dishw asher has run.
2. If th ere a re spills o f t he salt, a soak or a rap id program shoul d be ru n to remove the excessive sa lt.

This will p reve nt any g rains of sa lt or sa lty wate r, wh ich ma y have b een spilled,
remain ing on the bottom o f t he m achi ne for any pe rio d of time, which m ay cause

leave spots and streaks. I t also improve s dry ing by allowing wate r to r oll off the dishes. Your d ishwasher is
designed to use liquid rinse aids. The rinsea id dispenser islocated inside the door next to the detergentdispenser.
To fil l the dispe ns er, open the cap an d pour t he rinse aid int o the d ispens er until the le vel i ndicat or t urns c omplete ly
black. The vol ume of the ri nse aid contain er is about 110ml .

B Pl ace th e end of th e fu nnel ( suppli ed) into the ho le and introd u ce abou t 1.5 kg o f dishwasher salt.

E The salt warning light will stop being after th esalt container has beenfilled withsalt.
F Immedi at ely aft er f il lin g the s alt in to th e sa lt cont ainer, a washin g progr am should be started
p ro gram Ot her wise th e filt er sys tem, p ump or other i mport ant parts of t he ma chin e may be damaged
by salty water. This is out of warranty.
