• Washing dishes in a household dishwasher generally uses less energy and water than hand washing,
provided the dishwasher is used according to the instructions.
Operating overview
1 Power: button for switching the power supply
on/off.
2 Program: program selection button for select-
ing a rinsing program.
3 Delay: button for selecting the start delay of
3, 6, or 9 hours. Set the operating conditions and
close the appliance door. The appliance starts au-
tomatically after the selected time has elapsed.
4 The indicator lights show the selection of the rins-
ing program.
5 The indicator lights show the selection of the start
delay.
6 Warning lamp: lights up when rinse aid needs
to be refilled.
Warning lamp: lights up when dishwasher salt
needs to be refilled.
Starting a program
• The water supply must be opened to the maxi-
mum pressure.
• Load the dishwasher baskets.
• Fill in the detergent.
• Switch on the appliance.
• Set the required program options.
• Close the appliance door to start the rinsing pro-
gram.
Changing the program
CAUTION:
A program change should only be done a short time
after the program start. Otherwise, cleaning agent
may already have been released and rinsing water
already drained off.
• To make a program change, carefully open the
appliance door so that you can operate the con-
trol panel.
• Keep pressing the program selection button for
more than 3 seconds; the program will be deleted.
• Select a new program and close the appliance
door for the restart.
Forgot to add dishes?
WARNING:
Open the door very carefully during operation, there
is a risk of hot water spraying out.
Dishes can be reloaded as long as the detergent
dispenser has not opened.
