Remove the hinge cover and the blanking cap.
Dismount the upper door hinge and lift out the
appliance door.
Transfer the doorstop on the door underside.
Set the appliance door safely aside.
Tilt the unit slightly backwards and lock it in this
position. Unscrew the feet and disassemble the
lower door hinge.
Move and fasten the lower door hinge to the op-
posite appliance side. Screw in the feet accord-
ingly.
Put the appliance back in the upright position.
Put on the appliance door and fix it in the intend-
ed position.
Move and fasten the upper door hinge to the op-
posite appliance side after unscrewing the hinge
pin and inserting it from the other hinge side.
Put on the hinge cover*
(delivery scope)
and the
blanking cap.
Dismount the door handle and attach it to the
corresponding other door outer side. Refer to the
instructions in
"Assembling the door handle"
.
Transfer the cover caps on the exposed holes to
the respective other door outer side.
Check that the door is optimally aligned both vertical-
ly and horizontally to ensure smooth opening and
closing of the door.
Startup / Operation
Prior to first use
CAUTION:
After transport, the appliance should be left standing
upright for four hours before connecting to the power
supply. Nonobservance could lead to malfunction of
the cooling system and causes an appliance break-
down.
Clean the appliance interior including all accessory
parts. Consider the instructions which we provide in
the chapter
“Cleaning and maintenance”.
Starting the appliance
Connect the appliance to the power supply.
Set the operating conditions. See also the follow-
ing sections.
Settings
The power levels [ COLD COLDER ] control the
different values of the internal temperature. Turning
the temperature control clockwise will lower the in-
side temperature.

coldest internal temperature
*Beware of high settings: the compressor is running con-
tinuously.
