over the edges of the surface on which the appliance is
placed. There is a risk that children may pull on them or
that somebody may trip over them.
Make sure that the unit is switched off. The thermostatic
controller must be set to OFF.
Make sure that the device voltage (see name plate) and the
line voltage match.
The mains plug should only be inserted into a correctly
installed 230 V ~ 50 Hz socket with earthing contact.

Use the buffet warmer
To keep hot food warm in the supplied serving dishes or in
other heat resistant crockery.
To warm up plates and keep them warm.

the warming plate.
Switching on/off
The unit is switched on with the thermostatic controller.
The unit is switched off when the thermostatic controller is set
to OFF.
Operation
1. To keep hot food warm we recommend preheating the
appliance at the maximum setting for about 10 minutes.
NOTE:
The indicator light indicates the heating up of the device.
It is switched on and off during operation. This is normal
and indicates that the temperature is controlled and
maintained by the thermostatic controller.
2. Fill the serving dishes with the hot food. Cover it with the
plastic lids if required.
3. Place the lled serving dishes onto the warming plate.
