EXERCISE INSTRUCTION
The BODY SCULPTURE Thigh Trimmer will provide the most effective results when
following a proper exercise program. You should perform the following exercises
slowly, repeating each step as many times as you feel comfortable. Exhale as you
compress the Thigh Trimmer and inhale when the repetition is complete. Divide
the repetition of each exercise into sets so that you tire less quickly.
TRICEP PRESS (URDER ARM)
Sit on a firm chair or bench and
place Thigh Trimmer on the top of
your right thigh, ensuring that the
open end is facing away from your
body. Firmly grasp the end of the
Thigh Trimmer ensuring that your
forearm is, resting on Thigh
Trimmer (as per diagram). Press
your palm in a downward motion
towards your thigh, keeping your
elbow close to your body. Repeat
exercise with your left arm if
required.
BUTTOCKS AND THIGH
EXERCISE
Adopt a standing position with your feet
slightly apart, legs straight but knees not
locked, place Thigh trimmer open end
forward between your legs above the
knees. Slowly squeeze thighs and buttocks
together. To check if you are exercising
correctly, place your hands lightly on your
buttocks and you should be able to feel
your workout taking effect.
PECTORAL/CHEST
EXERCISE
Hold Thigh Trimmer at chest height
in both hands, arms extended, open
end down, grasping it just under the
tensions spring. Press palms
together, then release slowly.
Repeat exercise.
HIP AND THIGH EXERCISE
Sit on a cushioned mat or rug and place
your left foot under your right knee. Slide
Thigh Trimmer under your left knee
open end towards your ankle.
Use your right hand to steady
Thigh trimmer as you press
your knee to the floor
Repeat exercise with
other leg.
INNER THIGH EXERCISE
Sit on a firm chair or bench with feet
together on the floor.
Place Thigh Trimmer, open end
up, slightly behind your knees with
handle portion extending just
above your knees.
Place hands gently on handle,
and compress the Thigh Trimmer by
moving your knees together, release
slowly and repeat.
ABDOMINALS (STOMACH
EXERCISE)
Lie on the floor, (preferably with an exercise
mat), feet flat on the floor, knees together
and bent. Place Thigh Trimmer so that one
handle is on your thighs, the other in the
middle of your chest.
Lift knees and squeeze Thigh Trimmer
towards your chest
Hold stomach in and
press lower back into
the floor. Release and
