PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (Fig. 1):

1. 1 Gymform® SIX PACK console

Installing the battery:

The Gymform® SIX PACK unit runs on one CR2032 battery

(not included).

1. Turn the console (1) upside down to open the battery

cover (9). Insert a coin in the slot on the battery cover (9)

and turn anticlockwise (see Fig. 2).

2. Insert the battery so that the “+ /

I” terminal faces upwards.

Ensure it is rmly attached. (See Fig. 2)

3. Replace the battery cover (9) and use the coin to turn the

cover (9) clockwise to close it (see Fig. 2).

Using the Gymform® SIX PACK:

1. Attach the console (1) to the Gymform® SIX PACK sili-

cone unit (2) using the snap fasteners. Ensure it is rmly

attached.

2. Remove the plastic backing that protects the self-adhe-

sive pads (5).

3. Place the six self-adhesive pads (5) on the Gymform®

SIX PACK silicone unit (2). Each pad should be positioned

just above the curved grey line.

4. Remove all plastic backings from the other side of the

self-adhesive pads (5) and attach the Gymform® SIX PACK

silicone unit (2) to the abdominal area (on the stomach).

5. Press the “+ /

I” button (7) once to switch the device on.

The pilot light (10) will ash to indicate that the device is set

to intensity level 1.

6. Press the “+ /

I” button (7) again to increase the intensity

level up to a maximum of 10.

7. Press the “- / o” button (8) to decrease the intensity level.

When the device is set to intensity level 1, pressing the “- /

o” button switches the unit off.

8. We recommend that you start with low intensity levels

and gradually increase the level as you become more fami-

liar with the device.

9. To switch the unit off directly, press the “- / o” button (8)

for two seconds.

10. Gymform® SIX PACK has only one automatic program-

me. The programme will switch off automatically after 20

minutes.

11. You can achieve signicant results in just 10 minutes a

day, but if you want even better results, use the 20-minute

programme every day.

12. Gymform® SIX PACK will switch off automatically if the

self-adhesive pads are not in contact with the skin.

13. When the battery needs changed, Gymform® SIX

PACK will switch off automatically.

Note 1: Gymform® SIX PACK comes with larger, extra

plastic backings to protect the self-adhesive pads once they

have been placed on the unit. After using the product, place

the large plastic backings over the self-adhesive pads (5)

to extend their life. Do not remove the self-adhesive pads

from the unit until they need to be replaced with new ones.

Note 2: To ensure that the product ts perfectly, you can

use the Gymform® SIX PACK belt and fasten it above the

Gymform® SIX PACK unit.

1- Put the Gymform® SIX PACK unit on and switch it on.

Choose the desired intensity level.

2- Place the belt (4) around your waist so that the quick

opening and closing system (11) is on the outside.

3- Secure the belt (4) using the quick opening and closing

system (11). It should feel comfortable and the unit should

be securely fastened to the abdomen.

IMPORTANT: Never remove the two round orange labels

on the back of the Gymform® SIX PACK silicone unit. If any

of the labels become detached from the metal pins, replace

them. If either of the two metal pins is exposed, do not use

the product until it is covered again.

WARNING:

• As the battery runs low, the electrical stimulation pulse will

become weaker. If the battery runs out, the pilot light (10)

will switch off and the buttons may stop working. Replace

the battery.

Using the two-electrode silicone unit:

1. This unit has been designed so that the product can be

used on muscles other than the abdominals.

2. To do this, place the Gymform® SIX PACK console (1) on

the front of the two-electrode silicone unit (3) using the snap

fasteners. Ensure that they are rmly attached.

3. Remove the protective plastic backings from one side of

the two self-adhesive pads (6) and place them on the silico-

ne unit. They should cover the grey area

4. Remove the protective plastic backing from the other side

of the self-adhesive pads (6) and attach the product to the

area you want to work (see Fig. 3). Replace the protective

plastic backings when you have nished using the product.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU REPLACE THE ELEC-

TRODES AFTER EVERY 30 USES. IF YOU NOTICE THE

ELECTRODES HAVE PREMATURELY LOST

THEIR ADHESIVE POWER, WET THEM WITH A DAMP

SPONGE.

NOTE: If the area where the pads are attached starts to

feel warm, the pads have probably reached the end of their

useful life. Switch off the Gymform® SIX PACK, take it off,

t new pads and then resume your session.
