Beschermkap 1 van de accu-
pluspool verwijderen.
De rode hulpstartkabel eerst
op de pluspool van de ontladen
accu en daarna op de pluspool
van de hulpaccu aansluiten
(pluspool op deze motorfiets:
positie 2).
De zwarte hulpstartkabel op
de minpool van de hulpaccu
en daarna op de minpool van
de ontladen accu aansluiten
(minpool op deze motorfiets:
positie 3).
Als alternatief voor de ac-
cumassapool kan ook de
bout van het veerelement worden
gebruikt.
De motor van de stroomle-
verende motorfiets tijdens de
starthulp laten draaien.
De motorfiets met de ontla-
den accu normaal starten. Bij
het mislukken van de startpo-
ging, ter bescherming van de
startmotor en de hulpaccu, pas
na enkele minuten weer een
nieuwe startpoging onderne-
men.
Beide motoren enkele minuten
laten draaien, voordat de hulp-
startkabels worden losgemaakt.
Maak de hulpstartkabels eerst
los van de minpool en vervol-
gens van de pluspool.
Beschermkap weer op de ac-
cupluspool aanbrengen.
Geen startspray of derge-
lijke hulpmiddelen voor het
starten van de motor gebruiken.
De berijders-buddyseat aan-
brengen ( 63).
Accu
Onderhoudsaanwijzingen
Vakkundig onderhoud, lading en
opslag verlengen de levensduur
van de accu en zijn een voor-
waarde voor eventuele garantie-
claims.
Om een lange levensduur van
de accu te bereiken, moeten de
volgende richtlijnen worden aan-
gehouden:
De bovenzijde van de accu
goed schoon en droog hou-
den
De accu niet openen
Geen water bijvullen
Voor het opladen van de accu
beslist de oplaadaanwijzingen
