Airbags Fahrzeug-Stillegung

gehören auch die Polsterabdeckungen

des Lenkrads, in der Instrumententafel,

in den Seitenverkleidungen der Vorder-

bzw. Fondtüren und der Dachholme so-

wie die Seiten der Himmelverkleidun-

gen. Diese Abdeckungen dürfen nicht

verklebt, überzogen oder in sonstiger

Weise verändert oder bearbeitet wer-

den. Auch das Lenkrad selbst darf nicht

demontiert werden.

Im Hinblick auf die geltenden Sicher-

heitsbestimmungen darf die Verschrot-

tung der Airbag-Generatoren nur vom

BMW Service durchgeführt werden.

Unsachgemäß durchgeführte Arbeiten

können einen Ausfall oder ein unbeab-

sichtigtes Auslösen des Systems zur

Folge haben und zu Verletzungen füh-

ren.<

Fragen Sie Ihren BMW Service, was zu

beachten ist, wenn das Fahrzeug länger

als drei Monate abgestellt werden soll.
